Exchange and return
If the ordered product does not suit you, you can exchange it for another or return it for a refund.
Medical accessories (masks, gloves, shoe covers, disposable caps, etc.) are not subject to return.
Terms of return or exchange
Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days of purchase. For this, it is necessary to keep the receipt and the product presentation.
A guarantee of up to 180 days is extended to the medical clothing of TM "People in White". The specifics of return or exchange in warranty cases can be found here.
How to return or exchange a product?
If you are in Kyiv:
- You can return the product directly to our supermarket at the address of st. Olena Teliga, 3
Orders placed on the website:
- Fill out the return form (the return form is included in each package).
- Place form #1 in the parcel together with the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Give form No. 2 to the operator of the nearest "Novaya poshta" branch and send the parcel to the city of Kyiv using the details given in the form. Delivery of the parcel to the city of Kyiv is paid by the recipient - the company "People in White".
- We will receive the package and contact you immediately to discuss the details of the return or exchange.
Refunds
Money for the order can be returned in a convenient way:
- to a bank card
- by money transfer by "Ukrposhta"
- in cash (when returning the goods in the shopping hall of the "Lyudy v Bily" supermarket)
After receiving the parcel with the goods for return or exchange, the manager will contact you to specify a convenient method of receiving funds.
Orders paid with a gift card
Orders paid with a gift card are non-refundable. The product that does not fit can be exchanged for any other product from our range.
If the gift card order was made with a surcharge, the surcharge amount can be returned to a bank card or by bank transfer to "Ukrposhta".
