The consumer can withdraw from the contract of sale of the goods purchased in the STORE, without explaining the reasons, by submitting a corresponding application in writing within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods (ie from the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer). ). To fulfill this deadline, it is enough to send an application before its end.
The right to withdraw from the concluded contract does not apply if the ordered product is manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serves to satisfy his individual needs.
The consumer can withdraw from the contract by submitting an application for withdrawal from the contract In White. The statement template can be found at the address of the order placed on the website https://inwhite.store - a link with the address of the order is provided in the e-mail confirming the order sent to the address specified by the consumer.
The application for withdrawal from the contract should be sent to the address Gdańsk Naberezhna Piastowskiego 1/1508, 80-855, with the note "Department of Exchanges and Complaints".
The consumer returns the product In White within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the product before its expiration date.

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation of the contract, In White will return all payments made to the Consumer, but the payment will not be reimbursed until the product is returned or the Consumer provides confirmation of its return.
In White will refund the payment using the same payment method used by the Consumer.
The consumer bears the costs of returning the goods to the seller. In the case of replacing the product with another, and the previous one corresponded to the order, the shipment is carried out at the expense of the client.
In order for an exchange or return to be accepted, the item must be intact; i.e. unworn, complete with tags, odorless.
There is no possibility of personal exchange/return in the salon.
In the event of an exchange, the shipping cost and/or price difference will be added as a delivery charge.
